Well if you want to lose weight and keep it off, this is obviously one of the most distracting thoughts you can have. Not only is it distracting, it’s just not true. If you figure out a fitness and nutrition plan that is realistic for you then you should have no problem following it and then you will be hitting your goals easily. Believe in yourself and believe in the program you develop and you will be sure to not only lose the weight but keep it off as well. Weight loss is something that takes hard work but if you don’t help yourself by trying to only eat lettuce on Thursdays and do 8-hours of cardio a day then you will get burnt out and abandon this horrible plan by Friday.
You Have To Eat Foods You Hate
No, you don’t. There is no one superfood that will help you achieve all of your body goals. If you don’t like a food then don’t eat it. There are so many delicious and nutritious foods that will help you shed some pounds. If you don’t like kale then find another green that you do like. Find the healthy foods that you like and will want to keep eating instead of choking down some gag-inducing meals just because you think it will make you feel great.
You Can Never Drink Again
Come on, that’s just not realistic. You can still enjoy an occasional drink, but just keep in mind that drinking alcohol is a treat like cake or donuts. So, keep that in mind the next time you head to a bar and set a limit to the number of drinks you plan on having beforehand. That way you can stick to it and not over-indulge in the calorie factory. You are welcome to drink alcohol every once in a while, because if you don’t allow yourself to have any fun while on your diet then you’re just not going to stick to it, plain and simple.
